Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Disconnect lead from main solenoid (right hand plug)
(also removing lead for pilot solenoid may make access easier)
(also removing lead for pilot solenoid may make access easier)
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the resistance across the top
and bottom spades of the main solenoid.
Resistance should be approximately 4.3k - 5.3kΩ.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the top
and left spades of the main solenoid.
Resistance should be greater than 1MΩ (or O.L).
Measure the resistance across the top
and bottom spades of the main solenoid.
Resistance should be approximately 4.3k - 5.3kΩ.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the top
and left spades of the main solenoid.
Resistance should be greater than 1MΩ (or O.L).
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
