Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove fuse from inline fuse holder
(push in and twist anticlockwise to undo)

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across the fuse.
Expect continuity / zero resistance.
Is the resistance measured as expected?
Note:
If the resistance is as expected ensure the fuse is refitted after test.
