Set Multimeter to AC Volts

Measurement:
Measure the AC voltage between the permanent live supply (bottom terminal) and neutral at the incoming terminal strip.
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage as expected?
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage as expected?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
