CASE OFF
Slide the front panel upwards and it can then be lifted off - there are no screws.
Pull off the control knob and undo the 2 screws (top and bottom) of the side panel - this then slides off forwards.
Remove the 4 screws securing the outer combustion cover and this then slides off forwards.
Inner combustion cover slides out forwards. Aquastat PCB access is by unclipping the grey or black housing from the top of the gas valve.
