This appliance is suitable for installation to both gravity hot water / pumped heating and fully pumped systems.
The link position changes certain aspects of the appliances operation such as maximum operating temperatures and how the pump / pump overrun operates.
This diagnostic model required the link to be set to the "fully pumped" position (link to the right hand side as shown) to fully check the operation of the appliance.
If the link is not in the "fully pumped" position it must be put there before commencing with diagnosis. This is achieved by pulling the link out and then rotating it so it matches the image shown.
If you have to change the link to the "fully pumped" position remember to change it back to the "gravity DHW" position (link to the left hand side) when the diagnosis is complete.
Also set the boiler thermostat to MAX before continuing.
