Observation:
Allow the Boiler to operate until it reaches its full operating temperature. When the Burner is extinguished by turning the Control Thermostat to its Off position does the Pump continue to operate?
Note.
Do not take noise or vibration as a sign of Pump operation. It may be necessary to reduce heating load by turning off some radiators to reduce time taken for this test.
