Set Appliance State:
Gas Off

Using a 2.5mm Allen key, wind in the throttle, clockwise, until it is fully closed. Then wind out, anti-clockwise, 7 full turns. This is the factory setting and should ensure that the gas/air mix is within normal combustion parameters

Observation:
Apply a CH demand
Allow ignition sequence to commence and the burner to light.
Is the fan pressure now satisfactory?
Note:
The combustion ratio max/min will need to be checked and adjusted following any procedure that affects combustion. If this is not possible then the boiler shall be isolated from the gas supply until such time that it can be confirmed as correct.
