Set Appliance State:

Disconnect the push on pipe from the bottom of the condensate trap
Position a tub under the outlet to catch any water
Position a tub under the outlet to catch any water
Observation:
Pour water into the inner flue, either from the terminal or the combustion test point on the flue elbow.
Does the water run out of the condensate outlet?
Does the water run out of the condensate outlet?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
