HEAT EXCHANGER FLUEWAYS

Set Appliance State:

Gas Off

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Remove the fan/gas valve assembly and burner from
the top of the heat exchanger

Observation:

Take out the baffle (see note) from inside and, using a torch, check the
flueways of the heat exchanger are clear.

Note:
1. Depending on serial number of appliance there may not be a baffle fitted, refer to Adapt for guidance.
2. This component requires the burner to be removed therefore the gasket between the burner and the heat exchanger must be changed.
Gasket - H42719 = 12-30kw
Gasket - H69001 = 35kw
