Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
Any electrode with a date stamp of week 17 or 31 in 2007 will need changing regardless of whether or not they are faulty.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
