Testing thus far has indicated that the fault is with the external controls, as these are not an integral part of the appliance further testing will be required.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs C6.

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
