Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Remove the electrical connector from the gas valve
Measurement:
Measure the resistance between pins 1 and 4 on the gas valve.
Expected resistance approximately 7.4 Kohms.
Note.
The pins on the gas valve should be numbered.
Expected resistance approximately 7.4 Kohms.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
