Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Set Multimeter to Resistance

Remove connector CN23 from the PCB

Measure the resistance between pin 3 (blue)
and pin 4 (blue) on connector CN23.

Resistances vary with temperature and should conform approximately to the table below:
