Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Drain boiler primary circuit

Observation:

As the system does not have an external bypass then the boiler must rely on the internal bypass fitted behind the pump.
Inspect the bypass for blockages / restrictions or damage.
