Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove the plug X400 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the blue wires at connector X400 (8 & 9).
Resistance should be short circuit.
