Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
With the plug in-situ measure voltage at the between the bottom two wires (pins 9 and 18) at X20 connector.
Between approximately 12 and 24 volts DC should be measured.
Notes:
1. The appliance will try to ignite 5 times before going
to lockout and the voltage will only be present
when the appliance is attempting ignition.
2. If the boiler is in lockout it will need to be reset.
3. Colour of wires may change but test points remain the same.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
