Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
The ignition electrode is at the front of the burner, inside the combustion chamber. The lead is connected to the PCB inside the control box at the bottom L/H side of the boiler.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
