Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand

Measurement:
Reset boiler as necessary.
Measure voltage between mains N and Pump Live connection (yellow wire) at the terminal block.
Mains voltage expected.
Note:
The pump being correctly wired into the boiler is essential to correct diagnosis for this test.
