Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance

Measurement:

Check spades are securely connected to the PCB and burner and also check the wire for overall good condition.
Carry out a resistance check from the PCB earth connector to a suitable earth.
Expect zero resistance.
