Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the air inlet duct from the fan assembly

Observation:

Inspect the air inlet duct checking for any blockages, splits or cracks, also inspect the condition of the seal where the air inlet duct seals to the fan assembly.
