Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Reset appliance if required.
(Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds then release)
Approximately 10 seconds after power is reinstated or the appliance resets measure the voltage between the brown and blue wires on connector X14.
Expect mains voltage.
