Set Appliance State:

Pressure gauge maybe remote to the boiler
Observation:
Is the system a sealed system?
If so is the pressure over 1 bar and the system fully vented?
If the system is an open system, is the system full of water and vented?
If so is the pressure over 1 bar and the system fully vented?
If the system is an open system, is the system full of water and vented?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
