Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to DC Volts Set meter to measure DC Volts
CH Demand
On-Off switch on
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Allow the ignition sequence to commence fan running.
Measure the DC volts at the fan connector between each wire listed in the table below.
Connection to the fan leads can be made by inserting the probe in the hole on the fan connector.
Voltages should be approx. as follows;
Lead
Volts
Black&Blue
6vdc
Grey&Blue
11vdc

Note: Lockout may occur after 5 attempts to ignite. Reset boiler as required.

Note:
Test is carried out with connector in-situ, attached to the fan.
After test don't forget
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
