Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts

Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as necessary)
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as necessary)
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure for Mains Voltage across the terminals marked 4
(external control in) and the N (Neutral) on the main terminal block.
Mains voltage should be absent.
Note:
If external controls are not fitted a link must be fitted
between 3 and 4 on the main terminal block.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
