Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector X20 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across connection 16 (blue) and connections 4 (grey) and 3 (black) of the disconnected connector X20.
Note:
Black meter probe is connected to connection 16 (blue) for both of these resistance tests.
Expected resistances should be as table below.

Test 1 / 16 - 422.7 kohms
Test 2 / 16 - 31 Mohm or greater
After test don't forget
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
