Measurement:
Allow fan to run, boiler to fire and system to reach a reasonable operating temperature then turn off demand
Using FGA temp clamps measure the temperature of the flow and return pipes close to the boiler the boiler and ascertain temperature difference between flow and return.
Expected differential approx 11 to 20°C
