Set Appliance State:

Disconnect eBUS wiring and make safe

Observation:
With the eBUS controls disconnected does the boiler respond to a CH demand?
Note:
Ensure the wire link that should be fitted between terminals 3 and 4 when using eBUS controls is correctly in place.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
