Remove the flue pipe from front of the appliance
Observation:
Visually inspect the flue pipe for any blockages or perforations.
Visually inspect the condensate drain (sump).
Visually inspect the flue pipe gaskets.
Are all the flue pipe and sump components satisfactory?
