Information:
The tests completed indicate the fault is with the incomming power supply to the system rather than the appliance. This fault could be with fused spur but, be aware that some condensate pumps are wired in-line with the incomming mains supply and may have protection devices that can disconnect the mains in the event of a fault.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final
electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs C6.

Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
