Observation:
Apply a CH demand and allow boiler to ignite and run for 30 seconds, then remove CH demand.
Pump overrun is factory set to 5 minutes.
Some early versions of this appliance had a pump head without PWM control (even though the wiring for it is present) so the pump overrun can be up to 7 minutes (these pumps can be identified by the absence of the letters IZA after the pump model number).

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
