Observation:
Reset appliance if required (press reset button for 2 seconds and release).
Approximately 3 seconds after the fan starts, can sparking
be observed at the ignition electrode?
Note.
1. Spark is best observed by looking through the sight window at eye level.
2. Sparking occurs for approximately 4 seconds, then restarts after approximately 6 seconds. This will be repeated 5 times before lockout occurs, reset as required until test complete.
3. It may take approximately 40 seconds for the boiler to recognise
a demand and fan run, this will depend upon the boiler status.
