Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector X20 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pins 9 and 18 on X20.
Expect a resistance of approximately 58 ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 9 and a suitable earth.
Expect a resistance of 1Mohm or greater.
Are the resistances measured as expected?
