Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove the fuse from the fused spur

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Refit fuse after test.
Note:
Ensure fuse fitted in the fused spur is a 3 amp fuse.
