Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand

Measurement:
Locate connector X14 on the PCB, top right hand corner.
Check the voltage at this connector
(this is the supply from the PCB to the external pump).
Expect mains voltage.
Note:
It is possible to check the pumps power status using the on board diagnostics - d.10.
It is advisable however to check the voltage as described above.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
