Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance

Measurement:

Locate and remove the 2amp fuse from the PCB, upper left hand corner.
Check the resistance of the fuse with the multi-meter
