Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to PCB
Disconnect plug X6 from PCB

Measurement:

Measure resistance across pin 2 (black) and pin 3 (orange) on connector X6.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance).
Note:
Wires may be multicoloured.
