Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Gain access to PCB
Carefully remove the ribbon cable joining the two PCB's taking care not to damage the harness or connector
Carefully remove the ribbon cable joining the two PCB's taking care not to damage the harness or connector
Measurement:
Thoroughly inspect the ribbon cable for signs of damage.
Check each wire in the ribbon for continuity.
Refit the cable after testing taking care to position the plugs correctly and push fully home.
Check each wire in the ribbon for continuity.
Refit the cable after testing taking care to position the plugs correctly and push fully home.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
