Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove ribbon connector at bottom of PCB
Unclip and flip the PCB onto its back

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the integral fuse on the PCB using the pins shown in the image.
Short circuit (zero Ohms) expected.
Note:
The fuse may differ in appearance but the pins will remain in the same location.
