Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect the ribbon cable marked X10 at bottom of PCB
Disconnect the ribbon cable marked X10 at bottom of PCB

Measurement:
Measure the voltage on the 3rd pin
from the left to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be approximately 5V DC.

Voltage should be approximately 5V DC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
